Flipkart Republic Day Sale:iPhone 17 Price in India Drops Under Rs. 75,000

Flipkart's Republic Day Sale 2026 is set to begin in India on January 17. During this sale, the online shopping platform will offer a wide range of products like laptops, smartphones, Bluetooth speakers, true wireless stereo (TWS) earbuds, refrigerators, washing machines, and tablets at lower prices. Although the sale hasn't started yet, early deals are already available on Flipkart's website. Now, the company has announced that the new iPhone 17 will be available at a discounted price during the sale.

The early deals for Flipkart's Republic Day Sale 2026 are now live on the e-commerce site.
The company has shared that customers can buy the iPhone 17 for Rs. 74,990. This price includes the direct discount, an extra exchange bonus, and other bank offers. The smartphone is available in five color choices: Lavender, Mist Blue, Sage Green, White, and Black.

This is a big discount compared to the base model's original price, which was Rs. 82,900 for the 256GB storage version.
As a reminder, the iPhone 17 was launched in India and other markets in September 2025. It comes with a 6.3-inch Super Retina XDR OLED display, up to a 120Hz refresh rate, improved Ceramic Shield 2 protection, and up to 3,000 nits of brightness. This is a big improvement over the iPhone 16's 6.1-inch screen with a 60Hz refresh rate. It also has an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance.

The iPhone 17 is powered by Apple's A19 chipset, which includes a 16-core Neural Engine.

Apple says the phone is 40% faster in CPU performance than the iPhone 16. It has a dual rear camera system, with a 48-megapixel (f/1.6) main lens and a 48-megapixel (f/2.2) ultra-wide lens. It also includes the same 18-megapixel Centre Stage selfie camera as the Pro models.
